Dance Interventions by CARLON include mindful movement scores that consider the environment, and setting for activating spaces. The group has performed at parties, private events, and museums. The photos below are of CARLON performing at The Broad Museum Summer Happenings, Basquiat night.
Jay Carlon choreographs a movement with a guitarist, violinist and group of contemporary dancers that spreads throughout the third floor galleries. Dressed in mustard yellow, they collaborate with each other, the audience and art surrounding us to create an original performance. It’s a reminder that art is not static; it’s a conversation. -Maria Mocerino
